Swivel Mixer Tap MFI 2002 - I can't get the swivel off!

Hi all - I have a MFI mixer tap from around 2002. It's constantly running/dripping on the cold so I know I need to change the cartridge. Problem is - I can't get the swivel handle off. I've taken out the little hot/cold cover to expose what should be either a screw or a Allen key grub screw (Please See Pic) . However, inside my tap there seems to be a empty 3mm hole which has no Grub Screw or anything in it. So now I'm stuck as to how to get this off. Can someone help me please?
