Hi - don't know if anyone can help but here's hoping 
I have tried to repressurise expansion vessel with foot pump but there is no movement on instrument panel pressure gauge. Gauge is working as when I use water filling loop the pressure bar goes up no prob. Problem is that I don't know what the pressure is in expansion tank membrane - I know there is pressure as compressed air comes out of schrader valve when core pressed and no water, thank heaven.
Anyone any ideas - the foot pump is ancient and I just wonder if it isn't actually pressurising enough to show on boiler pressure guage - Cheers - Jon.
