Tado - downstairs triggering both zones

Hi guys,

Apparently my downstairs Tado is triggering both zone valves to open (light is on and radiators in bedroom are warm). This issue doesn't happen with the upstairs Tado.

Any ideas what I might have done wrong with the installation?
