No that’s a lockshield valve, not a thermostatic radiator valve. What’s at the other end? Another of these? Will probably be where the room thermostat is located if this is true.
No you cant you will have to change the valve
you will have to fit a thermostatic radiator valve that accepts the tado actuator, neither of those valves will fit
