Right. My Accents Gen4 has been working perfectly for a number of years up until now.
It has 2 keypads and noticed that one of them had an intermittent fault of not being able to enter codes. All lights on keypad were on.
Anyway new keypads been fitted. Made sure wires went where they were meant to go.
On powering up the panel the new keypad has all lights on but shows “Tamper fault lockout” and the other original keypad that was working only has the green padlock light on and nothing on the led screen.
Any ideas please???
