Tank full on Hisense DH5S102BB tumble dryer

Hi,
Does someone know why my DH5S102BB tuble dryer puts on the empty tank now indicator when the tank is already empty. I'm not seeing any water in it either. The fluff filter and the bit behind the door at the bottom (heat exchanger?) are clear too.

Edit: Water is pooling at the bottom of the condenser compartment too.
