Hey all, i got my friend to come over and check my tap after i had a little problem with it (he fixed the problem) but he also recommended me to get a tap connector that is 15mm x 1/2". No clue what this is? But either way i went and had a look around the interwebs and found this one that has the same 15mm thing ( https://www.ondemandsupplies.co.uk/products/15mm-x-1{47}2"-Flexible-Tap-Connectors-%2d-300mm.html ) anyone have any clue how i will be able to attach this to my tap(s) or shall i bring in my friend again haha.

Thanks alot in advance, no clue about this tap business.

P.S: I posted this in the general diy "tab" because i didnt think it would go into any else, apologies if i was wrong and i will swiftly move it somehow and go to the correct "tab". :)

A standard basin or sink tap will have 1/2 inch male threads and they would normally be connected 15mm service/supply pipework.

So you could either use flexible connectors and rigid ones.

Ahh ok. Thanks for the update Prentice. Are the flexible connectors and rigid ones different or the same? I really do not understand anything about tap's lol...

Hmmm, thanks for the link Gerald, not that i know what im talking about, but they look pretty cool. Now i just need to 1. order the ones i think is best 2. get putting them onto the tap connectors? (maybe this is another phone a friend moment)

Either you know how to connect a tap or you don't. If you don't, you need someone either to show you how, or to do it for you.

Think i'll get my friend to show me how to, so next time i have this problem... it wouldnt be a problem lol. Either way thanks for the info you 2 :)
