Tap directional attachment

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an attachment for the end of a tap (kitchen sink) which can swivel to direct the flow of water around the sink?

Interesting - not sure I've ever seen this before but will give it a shot, thanks! I'm sure seen a sort of plastic/metal attachement on a tap once, I think it also asjusted the spray pattern.
