tap hole cap need asap

I need to cap a hole in the bath top where i had a mixer tap as its one of those corner bath showers,and its going to have the shower part fitted tomorrow.I used it as a bath only and now i need to cover the hole.any ideas?
surely you can buy plastic caps from somewhere,i havent seen em
