Tap leaking from body

I have this tap leaking slowing constantly from the tap body. Does it need a new cartridge? I'm guessing it's the oring on the cartridge that has gone?

It's all it can be if leaking. Check that it's secured tightly first, although if it wasn't you'd probably feel it was loose when operating the tap.
