I guess its what you mean by 'service'....new tap inserts for a tenner (if they fit) torbeck valve for a loo about the same. Labour time has to depend on access and other problems. For example, I fitted new taps to a donwnstairs loo. They didn't say they were encased in a vanity unit.....also, sort out a dripping tap in the garage. The house stopcock washer had long gone, and the outside toby had vanished into the garden. Just some delights to entertain us! See what I mean? Your jobs shouldn't take long - with the emphasis on 'shouldn't!
