I was looking at some taps. It says in the document with it max pressure 3 bar. Do most taps suggest this? As most people will have more unless a pressure reducer is fit or there in a unvented hot water heater with the feeds balanced down to 3 bar after the composite valve on the feed to the cylinder. Thanks

Not sure about most, but it is common. I always fitted a PRV on new systems to rule out taps and shower issues.
Most people will just fit them without a prv. ?

Are you sure that most people will have over 3 bar? As it happens I have just measured the pressure in my house (North London suburbia) and it's a shade under 2.35 bar, which I understand is a quite normal reading.
