taps at end to taps in middle

Hiya, I want to change my bath from having taps at end to a new bath with taps on the centre on one of the sides.

Can I cut off existing pipes to hot and cold taps and redirect them to centre and if so could you let me know what I'd need to do this please? I can get access under bath if need be. Thanks for your help.
