Taps upstair running slow

Hi I'm wondering any 1 could help I drains the cold water tank to do some work on the tape upstair and when I refilled the tank the cold tape and toilet run really slow I went up and checked the tank for a blockage but ther is not any can help thanks

Hi I had to drain the cold water tank and after refilled it the cold water in the bath and sink are running but not like they should so if any 1 could have any ideas what the problem is would be great?

Perhaps some (floating?) debris from the tank has gone down one of the pipes; specifically the one that feeds cold water to the bathroom. There may be a chance to flush it out by taking the top off the bath cold tap and letting the water run. The she-ite may be eliminated. Be ready to put the tap top back on quickly!
In future check for floaters in your tank before you start, and/or use a rad valve change kit to bung the tank outlet, saving a lot of water too.
