Hi, a section of our driveway has had to be redone so it’s looking different to the rest of the driveway which has faded over the years. Would tarmac restorer work to bring the old tarmac to look like the new ?

Yes this stuff is good, but don't be fooled by the suggested coverage, your old tarmac will suck it up like a drunk in a whisky distillery! :giggle:
Double what they say!

It usually blends in within a couple of years, if you can wait.

I tried the restorer once, it started flaking after a year and looked terrible!

I've used Thompson's Driveway Seal before -- I needed two tubs and only just had enough then! So the concerns over coverage are right.

Despite this, the driveway looked brand new after it had been done! I think I did it sometime in 2020 and it still looks fresh, but has of course faded.
