Teachers not wanting to go to work

Well in a pilot shortage, we wouldn't take skilled air force fighter pilots and put them in airliners would we- it's just not that simple. Of course it can be done, just not 'tomorrow'! For the record, I'd volunteer to do jabs- or to be a 'liner-upper', or 'sit over there' person!

My partner works in a primary school and I am 'at risk', isolating at home just as much as I can. The school she works in are doing there best, but kids are kids and just don't appreciate or understand the risks. Social distancing is ignored by kids, even the older ones.
And some of the teachers

Such distance learning requires new skills, sometimes new equipment (not supplied by the organisation), and a great deal more time investment.
It's not a cop out, it's a further and additional commitment.
Some new 'professionals' and more capable teachers may emerge from the process.

Im sure all will adapt....

I have frequently posted the evidence alongside the allegation. You, have never, ever attempted to.
If you want, I can post the evidence, all of it, for your racist behaviour.
Please stop following me around with your baseless allegations. You been taking lessons from others?

Your definition of Racism is different to others definition. Its very confusing these days so we can all be forgiven for not getting it right.

Because some settings just don't work with social distancing.
Nursery and primary-age kids being two examples.

Ive seen at the hospitals how staff within are very lax with the rules. We all forget or get it wrong but some don't even try.... People in general...

The evidence I post is the comments posted by individuals, alongside eminent references to such terms. describing them as pejorative, offensive, etc.

yes, and in durhamplumber's defence, he recognised his repeated offences, and stopped using the offensive word, eventually. Likewise, I've stopped accusing him of racism.

Example; Someone on this site picked me up for using the word Jap... We all know what it is short for.... I have never said a bad thing about the Japs. I have nothing but Like, Respect and admiration for the country and its people.

A quick and easy check on google would have provided an answer for you.
Jap is an English abbreviation of the word "Japanese". Today, it is generally regarded as an ethnic slur among Japanese minority populations in other countries

You could have avoided the discussion or disagreement.
Anyone with respect and admiration would probably have avoided the use of the term.
