technique for removing some tiles, leaving surrounding ones

I may decide to move a double socket thats been fitted on a tiled wall. Small tiles, 6" square approx. and I have replacements.

Is there a particular technique to this, or just bash the one to come out and gradually unpick the pieces from the wall. Perhaps remove the surrounding grout first maybe, using a small drill bit?

no if i have to do this then i gently break the tile within and carefully remove it.

May one be so bold as to ask how you intend to move the cables?
