My Tecnik TKC 201 just stopped working last night! It started to heat up but then stopped. It looked like a fuse since everything stopped - no heater, no fan, not internal light, no control lights and no clock - but it's not the fuse. Any ideas would be welcomed (since it's the weekend and no-one's answerig their phones!). Thanks. Claude

Its always helpful if you post what type of appliance you are requesting help with as it saves us guessing.

What fuse have you checked as some of these are plug in types plugged into sockets behind the oven.

Have you got a supply into the oven at all (measured at the intake)

You could be looking at
Supply fault (fuse or cable)
internal thermal fuse
Timer fault

Process of elimination so start with the supply

Thanks Leccy; I'm new on this site and I assumed the 'Subject' would have been included in the topic. The stove is a Tecnik TKC 201. Yes the fuse is fine and as far as I know the supply (cable) from the fuse box goes straight into the stove - no additional plugs and fuses. I'm assuming there must be a single unit in the stove that distributes power to all components, and that this has gone sick. I'll see if Ican strip it down this afternoon and find such a unit. the oven should have either an isolator (big red switch) or depending on type either a 13 Amp fused connection unit or a 13 A plug
