Just opened the first pack in readiness for gluing to the concrete floor, however, the 2.2m & 1.5m lengths are bowing a fair bit!
I have glued the first row in place using heavy weights to try and stop the bow whilst the glue sets.
Any idea as to if this is normal or should I be taking it back to the shop?
The wood has been stored in another room in my house for the last five days and today I moved it to the far end of the room it is to be laid in.
Any hints or advice would be a great help.
PS I primed the floor yesterday with Vermeister SF Primer and the glue I'm using is Monosil by the same manufacturer i.e Vermeister. I have given the primer 24hrs to cure before gluing as per what it says on the tin!!!
