Telephone extension with screw type terminals.

I am going to install a telephone extension box from the master. The master box has terminals that I can use the push down tool on.

This is a daft question I know but I want to make sure I get it right.

The extension box has screw down terminals, do I need to strip the orange and blue sheaths off before attaching to the 2,3 and 5 screw down terminals?
