We have a telescopic loft ladder that I've removed from its mounting so that it can be used free. It has 90mm wide treads that are rounded and comfortable.
My parents in law are looking for an occasional use telescopic ladder for access to the loft etc. but all the telescopics I can see that are just sold as ladders have narrow, square treads. It seems only those sold as loft ladders have the rounded wider treads.
Anyone know of any telescopic ladders sold without the extra loft fitting frame and springs etc. that have similar wide and rounded steps as the loft type variety...?
