Temporary repair for felt roof

Hi,

I've got an old felt roof (it's not flat) about 5m by 2m.

It's starting to crack and the mineral/grit has come off quite a lot in places.

I can't afford to get it replaced this year so am looking for a quick and easy repair to get me through the winter without any leaks

E.g. Is there anything you can recommend to paint on to fix it up ?

You could try painting it with acropol.

Thanks, is acrypol the stuff with fibreglass in it ?

I've already filled a few cracks with roof/gutter sealant

Also found "Thompson's High Performance Roof Seal" on web
Has anyone had any joy with this on felt roofs ?

Why not post some pics and you could be better advised?

Householders often think "its not too bad" when, in fact, its beyond reasonable (read worthwhile) repair.
