hi,
I currently live in a 2 bed terrace and I love the area l live in, my kid just started school so I dont want to move. I am currently renting and would like to buy. But the area I live in has mainly 2 bed terraces.
The bigger bungalows are expensive and way out of my price range.
Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to do a 2 storey extension on a 2 bed terrace.

3.5x7m extension with one simple bathroom and minimal finishes as I can do the interior painting and flooring.
Also the current footprint is about 40m2, what size land do i need to be allowed to extend the footprint to 65m2?
