texecom elite 24 lost wintex connection

Hi i had a system message on the app to upgrade so after this i cant connect to the panel through smartcom which has been working up till today, anything i can try when i press connect in wintex and i get the "connection with control panel could not be established , check settings and try again" i Have rebooted system with the same result

firmware 5.04.02
smartcom 03.02.04
Windows 10
anything i can try ?
