Select what reports you what notifications for
Alarm,panic alarms,tamper are then norm
Open close will tell you every time alarm turn on and off is sometimes helpful.
Is that option available with the TEXECOM CEL-0001 Texecom Connect SmartCom? is it done under arc setting
Like image 2, i assume i remove the numbers that default into the tel number?
Re the open close it says "Reports This option defines which events report to the Alarm Receiving Centre when using Contact ID or SIA Level II" But I will be using tex connect, so assume they are not going to work?

Yes as photo 2
Go into arc
Leave pri/sec tel no as is and the rest of protcol options as well and just select what notifications you want from reporting options
Also select what areas you require to report for
