Texecom Premier Elite 48 - entry & exit delay

Having a disabled daughter that has got a lot slower, I need to extend the entry and exit times on my alarm.
These details are not in the handbook I have, so wondered if anyone can give me guidance of how to alter these - thanks.

Have you got engineer code?
Arming options then timers.

No, I don't have that, I'll have to ask the installers / service co. for it.
Is it simple to do with the code?

EDIT: Yes I have found the engineer code....do I just enter it on the keypad?

Engineers code, is required enter into the keypad, once In engineering you can change the area timers for the areas on your system I suspect area A only.
