Texecom Premier Elite - Home Assistant Integration

Hi @daern ,

I’m a complete newbie to HA but wondered if you could help. I’ve followed the instructions as best I can but stuck now. The logs in texecom2mqtt are fetching all the areas and zones but what do I do from here?

The least I need to do is get arm and disarm on the dashboard.
Sorry, just noticed this, so sorry for the delay. If you're not already up and running, I'd recommend the thread on the HA forums for support on this:
https://community.home-assistant.io...m-panel-and-mqtt-integration-with-ha-support/

It should be pretty straight forward - once you have the integration setup with the correct configuration, the zones and areas should just appear in Home Assistant as entities with no additional work needed.

If anyone lands here now: there's a newer free option, ha-texecom (github.com/metaljay/ha-texecom). It's a Home Assistant integration that connects to the SmartCom or ComIP you already have, using the panel's UDL code (default 1234 on most panels). Setup takes a couple of minutes from Home Assistant's screens, with no MQTT or config files. You get the alarm (Away / Night / Home / off), a sensor for every zone, and it shows in Apple Home through Home Assistant. Unofficial, not supported by Texecom. Reports from other panels very welcome.
