Texecom premier elite wireless keypad problem

lol your asking me to guess what has happened, I am going through things I would do befor going on to next step.

I really appreciate your help.

I’ll switch it back on and make sure all zones are empty. I’m pretty sure they are as I saw a message on the keypad yesterday a few times that said “all zones deleted.”

in that case you didnt delete them in zone setup,as that message doesnt come up when you delete manually in zone setup

‍ aw man!!! Any ideas what I may have done and how it could be fixed?

I would go through the process of deleting all wireless slots in zone setup, press rest and reset again wen its counting down and that should delete the device, when all have been deleted retry to learn the keypad on.
