Just want to say thanks to all involved with this great web site.
I had problems with my 15yr old potterton Puma 80e today and thanks to prev posts on here found the fault very quickly was bad solder joints on the main circuitboard. Had the whole job done in half an hour, saved a small fortune on Bank Holiday as well

PS At 15yr old old girl could be ready for retirement soon so what condensing boiler should i look at. Mid link small three bed terrace one bathroom and seven rads (adding one extra in converted loft when i replace boiler).

i ve fitted baxi for five yrs and only ever been back to two.Diaphrams split.takes about 10 minutes to change. rest of boiler dead easy to work on.if u go for the baxi/main its dirt cheap.cosmetically not brilliant, but does an honest reliable job.(that should get me some more discount with baxi)lol
