Bristan recently sent me a new complete shower cartridge for a Roman shower completely free of charge despite the fact that the guarantee was never completed by the customer ( 5 years ago). So, just thought they deserved a 'thank you' on this site.

Customer service at Bristan are an odd breed. Phoned them a few months ago about a replacement cartridge and the person point blank refused to send one out FOC as we are in a hard water area, gave customer price for new one which they said ok to a few days later.

Called to order it, spoke to another person who sent it out FOC! Should not complain i suppose as more profit on job

Promised " an item" FOC ...Then never delivered it to the merchant Despite me standing @ the merchants counter on 2 occasions - while the Helpfull Merchant`s Staff spoke to S*itstan
