I have previously closed all of the other rads off, and yes the hot water spur was also closed.

There is a bypass, as can be seen here:

Sorry if it has been mentioned here already... but what size pipe is feeding this radiator?

It's a small plastic pipe, probably about 15mm. However, this is the same on all rads

Where do those two 15mm pipes go?

Hi, they loop behind the radiator and into the wall. Approx 10-15cm below where they go into the wall, the wall is warm so I presume they conenct to the rest of the system very close to where they go into the wall.

Well as they are before any zone valves, sounds like a bathroom rad.

Do any radiators still warm up when the hot water is only on?
