The Bell hotel. Looks like it’s set a precedent.

Another poster so desperate to be liked (think HWM) he wrongly commented on my reaction score.

For those that have only recently joined the forum, reaction score has only been around for a limited time as have thanks and likes. Some of us posted many thousands of times prior to any of those being introduced.

Glad to clear that up.
It still bothers you lol!!

I hardly post to be liked, that’s the last thing I post for.

It’s just my personality shines through. Like the great @Highway Man

That doesn't surprise me :LOL::LOL::LOL:

Funnily enough, something I noticed is that Likes don't add to the reaction score but Thanks do.
Yeah I’m not here for friends. It’s all a **** take for me.

So I’m even more popular than I thought!

"Okay then next door" is not your original statement is it. Try again.
Stop swerving Nimbynosey, you know very well what I mean and so does everyone else. You say they are welcome here and we should accept them but only as long as it’s others that have to put up with them and not you.

It could well depend on the proximity in each individual case. I think if you lived in a terraced house or a semi detached house and the adjoining house was turned into an HMO of any sort that would be very difficult. But if the HMO was somewhere further along the street that might be different.

Not at all. I think my attitude would be different if I was saying we should accept them. Arguing for them to be accepted as long as it’s someone else they are living next door to is Nimbyism in its purest form.

He probably should think before he posts and keep up his pretence

If you accept or are happy with them being here then why would you move if they lived next door? It makes no sense
