Sitting on my toilet having a crap, when the house is empty, with the door open so i can watch the tv in the lounge. Dont ask me why but is starngley relaxing, i suppose it must be the feeling of having the place totally to myself and being able to sit on the throne like a king and survey my kingdom!

Being a father with 5 kids from 5 to 17, I find I rarely get the house to myself so I cannot say I have experienced that particular pleasure....if you can call it that?

I can't even relax in the bath or the spa without the bloody dog wanting to join in!

Ah, the joys of single occupancy... for me, the wearing of trousers and the closing of the bathroom door are only obligatory when I've got visitors.

Although my lovely lady does occasionally play the trick of opening the bathroom door and pinching me whilst I'm having a wee. Must install a lock!

Im with Thermo on this one... I live alone and find it great to sit on the downstairs throne and watch telly at the same time... The only trouble is when my kids do come to visit I often forget !!!
