Don't know. 
I remember him saying he'd cut down on his posts before Xmas because he was busy - not sure if he's posted since then.
He probably got fed up of the bickering between starspark, RMS and elrobbo that took over the forum around that time. They all seem to have disappeared too (from Decorating, anyway).
Hope Dec is just on hols or taking a break!
