It was riddled with them 30yrs ago flogging sunglasses and fake chains.
They would thrust necklaces in your hands, or put them over your head then demand money. I just used to walk off with their wares without paying a thing.
Suddenly they became keen to get their merchandise back.
They were pushy but never physically violent, I bet that isn't the case anymore.

Kos used to be littered with life jackets and bits of boats from the illegals who’d set off from turkey.
They then started turning them round at sea and the problem massively reduced. Two ribs with guns was all they needed.

The lucky lucky men nowadays are quite violent, a well placed punch in the throat usually prevents them from become over excited.
