Gesticulating is the last resort, usually that of a simpleton who is lost for words.
I would hope our politicians (who have the ear of the press) could orate their response in a far more cutting and decisive manner.
Indeed she is human, just an average one, I too stick my fingers up and shout abuse. But I would hope for someone far more intelligent than I am or she is to be running the country.

Showing contempt for the electorate is never a good look, especially not for a failed tory cabinet. Then again, Boris has brought the bar down as low as it can possibly go.

Division was already there, division between those who wanted to leave and those who wanted to remain, as it turned out there were more people who wanted to leave than remain.
