Bob, now there's KFR. I saw on the news this morning that there's a rat problem in some takeaways in the US, including KFC. Kentucky Fried Rat. Who knows? It might catch on

IVE been on the phone to an old pal of mine who is in the chicken business according to him the chicks are cooked first and then they sprayed with the tasty coating, and then they stick them back in a very hot oven which it sticks to the chicken, but cant get the ingrediant

surly someone knows the recipe

your friend lied.

the ingreadints for kfc are published (if you care to search)

your problem is the ratio of which the ingrediants are mixed, that you will never find out because if you could you could undercut KFC.

just give up now.

well thanks breezer i will buy the ingrediants and i will get the right amount of mixture if it takes me all week.

what about the people who work in the factory they must know yea know the one on the slave labour wage, if it where me i would spill the beans on the recipe.

Here it is

3 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. dry garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. cumin

Mix all of the ingredients into the flour, mix very well until perfectly blended. Pat dry the pieces of chicken which are at room temperature. Beat 1 egg (depending on how many pieces you have to fry) into some milk. Heat the oil for deep frying. Dip one piece of chicken at a time into the egg-milk mixture, roll it into the flour mixture, shake the excess flour and delicately place it into the hot oil.
