I much prefer UFK - Unlucky Fried Kitten.

Try Costco or Makro, they sometimes sell "Southern Fried" Chicken coating.

Used to have a book called "Top Secret Restaurant Recipe's" that my 'rents brought back from the good ol' USofA but my Mum threw it out because the one recipe they bought it for was too complex (onion blossom, its a bugger to cut the onion without the proper tool). The book had KFC recipes and Pizza-hut and domino's dough repies.
