Man got along quite well with talking face to face for thousands of years too, until the internet came along and then some people found it was easy to become an anonymous member on an internet forum and to be able to say things to people from behind the safety of a computer screen that they wouldn’t say in real life. I suppose it saved them getting their light punched out.
