The two Bobs

Perhaps, but that's a stretch. The IDF is engaged in a genocide and is dragging us into war with Iran. You don't need to find any more reason than that to hate them.
Hate is allowed. Inciting people to hate or kill others isn’t. It’s pretty simple.

I think we can all agree... killing, and the hate that fuels it, hate speech and racism, are all bad things.
It would just be nice to see Kier Starmer expressing his concern for the innocent civilian victims of a genocide, killed at the hands of a foreign state, using the same terms that he uses to condemn an edgy rap artist in a field full of hippies.

The Israeli government, not the people who live there.
I'm sure I saw someone suggesting that criticising the actions of the State of Israel, the government of Israel, the Israeli army, and the Israeli colonists in Palestine should not be allowed because it was antisemitic.

Curiously, the Arab Palestinians are a semitic people. Being oppressed by Israel.

Yes, when we were at war with Nazi Germany we should not have said we were going to wipe out the Luftwaffe. Or now anyone saying that we should wipe out Hamas, or the military wing of Hamas is guilty of a hate crime.

So no, its not that simple. Not always.

No John, you were rightly criticised because you used proxy words to hide your hatred of Jews. Though not always.

You can argue and twist as much as you like, but take care in the language you use.

If calling for the death of the IDF is the same as calling for the death of (all) Israelis because of their conscription policy, does that work backwards? Because I'm not comfortable with any lone of logic that implies that Hamas was attacking a military target when they attacked a festival.

But when they started, by attacking the fort, they were.

How do you feel about attacking a hospital, a sewage works, a cemetery, a refugee camp, an ambulance, a farmer's horse, a schoolgirl in a wrecked car?

using your logic, you are responsible for the law that makes hate speech illegal.

Its a British forum, if you're not a UK Subject then that's also fine.
I am British citizen, I am still not responsible for the actions of the Government.

Keir Starmer doesn't check in with me for sign off, Rachel Reeves didn't ask if I thought her budget would cost Jobs, Angela Rayner didn't ask if I though her lack of qualifications would hinder her.
