No government has come to terms with it because the public tend to demand money is spent elsewhere, only they then kick up a storm when an event like this happens!

This country lost the ability to address the cause rather than the outcome long ago, due to '5 year politics' rather than longer term thinking...

Even your fuhrer/deform have decided that adult social care is too difficult to tackle, so they want a Royal commission of Inquiry to look into it...
