I have just purchased the equivalent of Thermawrap from Screwfix (the 37.5m2) version @ £118. I plan to attach it to the rafters to keep the heat in and cold out near the tiles. At the (apex), do i have to leave a gap for air flow or can i put it right up to the top, if anyone can shed some light then i would be grateful....thanks

Mark.

Hi, did you get the Double or single sided version?

Anyway, you need to aim for a 50mm airgap MINIMUM between the rafters and the tiles/felt.

I tend to leave 50mm towards the bottom of the eaves and same again at the top... (Appex).

Its very important to allow air to be able to curculate.....
