Hi guys,
I currently have a combi boiler (6 years old) which feeds my central heating. I don't have any thermostats in the house and I want to change this.
What I am looking for is a 3 zone system.... 2 rooms being able to set the temperature differently each other and/plus the rest of the house being in a single zone. I also want it to be a wireless system.
What equipment do I need for this? I have limited knowledge of plumbing so I will be getting someone to do it but don't want to get ripped off. My understand is that I will need 3 thermostats, 3 motorised valves and some kind of relay system which which it can talk to? Equipment wise I am looking at
3x Honeywell CM927
1x Honeywell RT500RF
3x Honeywell zone valve - http://tinyurl.com/3y69g68 - I m not sure what I need a 2 zone valve or a three valve one?
Are they correct or do I need other stuff?
I think for the two individual rooms they both need a thermostat and a motorised valve but what about the rest of the house? Would one motorised valve cover that other zone or do I have to get it for every radiator?!
Thanks guys,
Ross
