Bathroom radiator was not heating up. Heating engineer said the valve was stuck and took off the cap and hit it with a hammer! Radiator immediately heated up. I later turned it off and the valve seems to have stuck again. How do I remove the plastic cap to get at the valve? It is a Danfoss thermostat.

There might be an allen screw to tighten the clamp somewhere, (or I suppose it might even pull off)

Most just unscrew by hand, just below cap, its threaded onto the metal part
