Looking for a smarter way to manage your heating this winter? We’ve been testing the new Aqara Radiator Thermostat W600 to see how quiet, accurate and easy it is to use around the home. Click here read our review.
ok, was going to replace my thermostat today as decorating the hall and the old one looks old and faded....
This is the old one
The new one seems straightforward.... The earth goes in the top left corner.... Then is it red wire to L terminal, blue wire to N terminal then does the yellow wire go to terminal 2 or 3?? Or am I totally wrong?
Thanks in advance
Did any wiring instruction come with the stat? Do you know make/model?
Normally I would expect L and 2 to be the switch line. But need the above information.
Think I've sorted it and it seems to work!!! On reading instructions more carefully it seemed the yellow went to terminal 3 as I had 3 wires to connect (not including earth).... If I had no neutral the yellow would have gone to terminal 2..... Thanks for the reply.... If it goes "bang" i'll be back!!!
