We have two fairly local ones, one on a local Tesco car park, the other at a garage which long ago stopped serving fuel. They seem to charge between £7 and £20, depending upon the level of service. I have never, ever used one, I would not trust my car's paintwork to them.

I wouldn't have thought so but I am sure they do not want bad press from some crimes and so I assume they ignore some that suit them.
