No shìt, Sherlock. We are in Britain so of course the majority in British jails will be Brits, just like the majority any other country's jails will be from the indigenous population.

Overwhelmed is not 'full'. We could free up 8000 places if we took up your prisoner swap suggestion. That’s a fair number considering we are having to let the ****s out early to make room!
Depends on the seriousness of the offending. How many foreign nationals in our prisons will be free in say a few weeks? We don't want to import murderers and export pick-pockets.
