Hi

This is what i have fixed so far:

new high output pump
new 3 way valve
Replaced all in and out valves on all rads
flushed system through both ways with mains pressure water
replaced hi & lo sensors on boiler
de scaled boiler heat exchanger
de-scaler in system

but after about an hour the boiler gas valve trips out and the pilot light goes out. The rads are hot. Can anyone tell me what to try next ?

Matt

Have you replaced the thermocouple and the overheat stat?

Those are what a professional would expect to be the problem! They should only be touched by someone who is CORGI registered as they are safety devices.

may also be the pump over run stat, blocked pilot injector, incorrect set gas valve or faulty, corgi job only
