Thumbtwist Lock - What Size

I am in the process of getting a property HMO licensed. One of the rules is that the mortice lock needs to be thumlocks on the inside.
I think therefore I need to change the original mortice to a Euro lock, is this correct? If so I don't know what size of cylinder to get. The door is a traditional wooden door 50mm thick

It needs to be the thickness of the door + extra for the thickness of the handles
