Tight gap for workers for new building

I'm putting in a 3 bedrooms new build planning application and on one side of the wall will be approximately 590mm gap to next door garage wall, I'm sure it's possible to work in the tight gap for bricklayers and scaffolding?

Awkward but not impossible?

Yes it is doable.

You have to trestle up the inside and stack the stuff there as there is no room in the gap.

Won't be possible as it's internal timber frame, just have to do the best we can
